Is there a minimum commitment period?

How does billing work?

Your registered card will be charged automatically each month on the date you signed up. Memberships do not include gratuity and are non-refundable. If a payment fails, a $15 administrative fee per failed attempt will apply, and we will contact you to update your payment information. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their payment details up to date. If no response is received within 30 days, the membership will be canceled, and any remaining services will be forfeited.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel, you must email us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or in person.

Important: If you cancel before completing the 4-month commitment, a penalty of 50% of the remaining contract balance will apply. Upon cancellation, any unused services will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Note: freezing your membership does not extend the validity of any unused services.

Can I gift my monthly service?

Absolutely. You can transfer your monthly service to a friend or family member up to 2 times per calendar year. Please contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.

Do you offer any birthday perks?

Yes! We love to celebrate with you. During your birthday month, enjoy a complimentary beauty add-on (such as a Brow Wax + Tint) plus a sweet treat to make your visit even more special.

Do unused services roll over to the next month?

At Solace Spa we encourage consistency. Unused services do not roll over and must be used within the corresponding monthly cycle.
